TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rules herein apply equally to all clients registered with Fitness Farm.

The Studio​

​

All references to the ‘Studio’ refer to Fitness Farm facilities, its management, staff, and representatives. Facilities refer to the Studio itself, and the equipment (including that used during outdoor sessions).

​

Clients are bound, as a condition of client, to comply with the rules set out below. This is to ensure that the facilities are properly and safely used and that all clients have full advantage of them without interfering with the enjoyment of other clients.

​

Fitness Farm is a private studio, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual without giving any reason whatsoever. Packages are renewed upon payment in accordance with the terms and conditions then in force.

​

By joining the Studio, clients automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions. The Studio may restrict use of any facilities for the purpose of undertaking maintenance.

​

As a client you agree to comply with the rules of the Studio with regards to use of the facilities, opening hours and your conduct. The Studio may make responsible changes to these rules, from time to time, without prior notice or written notification.

​

Clients wishing to report issues with services at the Studio should inform the trainer or send an email to audrey@audreyvella.com .

In the event of a breach of rules or regulations by a client, the Studio reserves the right to refuse him/her entry into the Studio and management may also, at any time, ask any client to leave the premises, for any reason whatsoever. Also, clients who act in an intimidating, abusive, violent or disrespectful manner may be dismissed and banned from entering the Studio with no refund of fees already paid.

Personal Training

​

All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

​

All clients must be over 18 years to avail themselves of the facilities and services provided at Fitness Farm.

​

Younger clients should always be accompanied by an adult who take full responsibility of their actions.  Any damages to equipment/facilities by younger clients should be paid up.

​

All packages include a free consultation prior to 1st session.

​

Total payment to be received prior to commencement of session.

​

Session packages to be utilised within 4 months.

​

Sessions are subject to change at the management discretion from time to time due to holidays and/or unavailability from the trainer. We will always inform clients prior to cancellation of a session.

​

All sessions are of a 1 hour duration.

​

Advance booking of minimum 6 hours is required for all sessions.

​

The management may ask the clients to book by different types of booking systems, according to which they understand is the best way for the Studio.

​

Cancelled sessions by the client are lost if less than 12 hours notice is given.

​

Cancelled sessions by the Studio are rescheduled.

​

Scheduled Classes

​

All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

​

All clients must be over 18 years to avail themselves of the facilities and services provided at Fitness Farm.

​

Younger clients should always be accompanied by an adult who take full responsibility of their actions.  Any damages to equipment/facilities by younger clients should be paid up.

​

Total payment to be received prior to commencement of session.

​

Session packages to be utilised within 2 months.  Sessions are not subject to be brought forward after expiry date within the 2 months from date of purchase. Any sessions not used within the expiry date will automatically be lost.

​

Classes are subject to change at the management discretion from time to time due to holidays and/or unavailability from the trainer. We will always inform clients prior to cancellation of the class however lost classes cannot be used after the expiry date.

​

All sessions are of a 1 hour duration.

​

Classes are targeted for small groups therefore advance booking of minimum 6 hours is required for all sessions. Bookings are on first come first serve basis and certain classes will be limited to a specific number due to safety/health reasons.

​

The management may ask the clients to book by different types of booking systems, according to which they understand is the best way for the Studio.

​

Cancelled sessions by the client are lost if less than 12 hours notice is given.

​

Cancelled sessions by the Studio are rescheduled.

​

For online classes, a link to Virtual Rooms will be sent 1 hour prior to the session. Client is required to have camera on and in a good position for trainer to monitor client throughout the session.

​

Freezing Packages

​

Freezing is only applicable on packages of 15 sessions and cannot exceed a 60-day period.  Packages bought under special offers or discounted cannot be extended for any reason whatsoever. The freezing period is given only if the client produces sufficient proof that he/she is unable to attend the Studio because of health/medical reasons. Cosmetic surgery is not considered as a medical procedure, therefore is not subject for freezing. Packages will be freezed if an original medical certificate is presented and states that the mentioned client cannot make use of the Studio for a minimum of 30 days. Freezing of packages will not incur any extra cost.

Operational Hours

​

The Studio reserves the right to vary the operational hours as considered necessary.

​

Health, Safety & Hygiene

​

It is necessary that all clients of the Studio wear appropriate clean attire (such as a t-shirt/vest and shorts/trousers) and footwear when using the facilities. 

​

If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or feel any unusual pain then you must stop exercising and inform the trainer immediately.

​

Clients cannot train in the Studio without a towel.

​

In the interest of hygiene clients should not touch equipment without instructions from the trainer.

​

Clients are advised to inform the trainer of any injuries, pains or concerns prior to the commencement of session.

​

Medical & Health Information

​

Upon registering as a client of Fitness Farm, you are required to provide the Studio with any medical and health issues in the assigned application field. This is to ensure that you begin activity quickly and safely. Information should include current and previous issues of, but not limited to, the following:

​

  • Physical disabilities

  • Hypertension or raised blood pressure

  • Conditions associated with heart disease

  • Strokes, rheumatic fever, high cholesterol, palpitations, murmurs or pains in the chest

  • A family history of heart disease

  • Epilepsy

  • Respiratory trouble, asthma, bronchitis

  • Joint pains/stiffness, severe back pains or arthritis

  • Dizziness, fainting or low blood pressure

  • Diabetes

  • Recovering from an illness or operation

  • Broken or fractured bones

  • Back or neck injuries

  • Knee surgeries

  • Medically recommended to undertake supervised activity

  • Current use of medications

  • Allergies to medications

  • Pregnancy

  • Any other reason why you should not partake in regular physical activity

 

COVID-19

​

All clients must enter the premises with a face mask and this is to be removed only whilst working out.

​

Temperature will be checked upon entry and if an individual displays symptoms that the temperature is higher than 37.2, the individual will strictly not be allowed to enter the Studio.

​

After the temperature is taken, the individual must sanitize his/her hands with the sanitizer provided.

​

All clients must bring their own towel which is mandatory. Clients cannot train without a towel.

​

Use of changing room & shower facilities is allowed.

​

Facilities are sanitized before and after use.

​

Clients should not touch equipment without instructions from the trainer.

​

Packages will not be extended if they are not being used as long as Studio is still operational.
