Service Description

Total body workout designed to build strength and fitness through several different exercises. Session commences with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a variety of interval training and ended with static stretching.

Cancellation Policy

- Advanced booking is required for all sessions - Cancelled sessions by client are lost if less than 12hrs notice is given - Cancelled session by trainer are rescheduled
